You have a maximum of 10 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it but we would ask that you return it ASAP and contact us via email to inform us of your intended return/exchange. If you are over the 10 days since purchase we will be unable to offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, complete with the Silver Tag London tag in place, in original packaging and in the same condition in which you received it.
Please note that monogrammed bags are non returnable.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for your return. We would recommend you return your order to us by Recorded Delivery and keep a proof of postage.

Once we receive your item, it will be inspected. If your return is approved, we will notify you and a refund will be initiated via your original method of payment. You will receive a credit within a certain number of days (depending on your card issuer’s policies).
All our gorgeous bags are beautifully wrapped in luxe tissue paper and boxed.
Free shipping takes 3-5 working days and is sent via Royal Mail. If you require your item sooner please contact us.
Can I clean my Silver Tag London tote?
Our tote bags are machine washable on a delicate cool wash with no detergent. Air dry only.
Can I return or exchange my personalised Silver Tag London tote bag?
No. Personalised bags cannot be returned or exchanged.
